What can I do with my fish if I am visiting from out of town or just don't feel like cooking them? |
We sometimes will keep the fish if your party do not want them, Or we can release good fish that are not going to be eaten. We also have a nice restaurant right here at our marina that will "Cook UR Catch" up for dinner for you. Take them your fresh fillets, tell them how you would like it prepared(Grilled, Blackened, or Fried) & choose your sides. Sit back & relax while they fix it up for you, all at very reasonable price(around $10/person??).. |
How do I get a fish I caught mounted? |
It is not necessary to kill a fish to have it mounted, so we will try to get a good release of all billfish and any fish you do not want to eat. If it is a fish you would like mounted we take photographs and measurements before releasing it. We have a working relationship with one of the best taxidermists in Florida. They do most of the fish mounts you see in all the Hotels, Restaurants, Etc. around the world. They are very reasonably priced and great people too, and can be shipped right to your door. |
